Honored scientist of Russia, doctor of Physics and Mathematics Science, professor, head of Solid State Physics Department, academician of International Academy of Higher School, Russia associate member of the Academy of Natural Science, a member of the IEEE. He is the author of a monograph, textbooks, more than 200 scientific publications in the sphere of solid state electronics, physics of semiconductors and radiophysics. He is the author of 90 inventions and patents. He is a deputy head editor of the journal “News of Institution of Higher learning. Applied nonlinear dynamics”, a member of the editorial board of the journal “News of Institution of Higher learning. Electronics”, “Physics of wave processes and radiotechnics systems”.
